Where in the world is Megan???

Ok so I have been a terrible blogger. Well actually that is not 100% true. I have been cheating on this blog with 2 others. You are all aware of my local blog "Chic in Eugene", but what you may or may not know is that my lovely mother and father love my writing...

They love it so much that they were tired of me putting these skills out in the universe and not into the lovely establishment of Pillow Talk. I had to admit... they had a point! So I have been doing the majority of my writing on a new blog called "Notes from the cutting table". We agreed that since the business was a family business that the blog would also be a personal one, and not just about the business...

So I suggest that all of you who love this blog high tail it on over to Notes from the cutting table and check it out!

What I have been up to...

My work has been keeping me from doing a lot of posts. However, I am blissfully swept up in my amazing job and the best way to describe it is....

Pretty much how I feel... now off to have some fun at the office.

Hello Old Friends...

Well it has been quite the little hiatus I have taken from Blogging. You all know how much I travel... so I found it fitting that I start writing again from the amazing and fantastic city of Sydney, Australia. I arrived the day before yesterday and am having a fantastic time. Before this I did a tour of the south island of New Zealand and that was really incredible as well. Here is where I have been and where I am going...

What a week!

This week has been pretty crazy! I have spent a lot of time outside kayaking and hiking because as soon as chilly temperatures hit, I know I will be spending close to 8 months indoors!! boo.

Here are a few pictures from this week:

Kayaking the Mill Race in Eugene- not the cleanest place we have kayaked, but it is quite a bit more convenient than driving 30 mins to our usual spots.

UCLA v OSU game! SO much fun and perfect weather!! We started at "Bruin Bash" the Alumni Party for UCLA (Matt's Alma Matter), and then headed to the stadium!

Its been a really fun week... lets hope the weather holds out a bit longer! :)
